Policies

We offer trailers in different sizes and floor plans. Reservations are on a first come, first served basis so make your plans early!

If you plan to stay in a resort or state park, you absolutely must have prior reservations! We would be happy to assist you in making your plans. Check in time is after 2 pm. Departure time is 11 am.

A non-refundable deposit of $200.00 is required on all weekly or monthly rentals. A $100.00 deposit for less than a weekly stay is required. Some resort locations may require a 2 to 5 day minimum stay. The maintenance and security deposit is $100.00 and will be refunded by mail when the trailer is checked in clean and undamaged. Because it is not feasible to fill unscheduled vacancies on short notice, we cannot offer refunds for early departures for any reason.

To protect the safety and interest of all our customers, we DO NOT allow any animals in the trailers, and there is NO smoking permitted in the trailers.
